I have 2 recent files missing from my files despite having a 2 years old file there?!

I worked on those 2 files for over 3 weeks and the files were there all the time without any issues. These files doesn't exist in my files or in the Creative Cloud files anymore. The only file I can see is a 2 years old file that I worked on a while ago, but those 2 recent ones are vanished!!

I’m sorry to hear that your recent Project Neo files have disappeared, especially after spending several weeks working on them. Could you please check Creative Cloud/Adobe Home > Files > Deleted and restore the projects if they appear there? Ref: Restore deleted files in Creative Cloud | Creative Cloud

Also, please sign out of Adobe completely and sign back in, checking any Personal or Business profiles associated with your Adobe ID. Then check Creative Cloud/Adobe Home > Files > Files independently, and finally open Project Neo directly in your browser with the same Adobe ID/profile and check My Files again.


Please let us know if you're able to locate the missing projects after these checks.

I did all of the above and still having the same problem, I didn’t delete the files but I looked into the deletedd files and cheked my other adobe account, logged out and in again several times but nothing changed.
