2 Fonts Conflict

Im having a big trouble with this.

I have a personal and comercial font family with 70 fonts but only 2 are conflicting each other:
ChevySans-NarrowBold.otf
ChevySans-NarrowBoldItalic.otf

If i install narrowbold first, narrowbolditalic doesnt work, if i install narrowbolditalic, narrowbold doesnt appear. All the other fonts work normal.

Ive already deleted the fonts in this ways:
- Registry Windows
- \\localhost\c$\Windows\Fonts

- C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts

If ive installed all the pack of family, in notepad for example, the 2 fonts doesnt conflict, in photoshop and illustrator i can't use.

Two weeks ago they're working normal. The PC doesnt had any changes and i'm using the last version of each character.

I have followed those tutorials but with no sucess:
Solved: Unable to install fonts due to conflict. - Page 2 - Adobe Community - 11325191

Fonts not showing up in Acrobat, Illustrator or Photoshop (or if System Fonts were accidentally deleted.) - Software - Spiceworks Community

Somebody please can give me a light? Thanks!!!

I'm having this exact problem with Titling Gothic FB Light and Titling Gothic FB Medium in Illustrator on a Macbook Pro. Replying in case any solutions are found.

The problem persists, im thinking in format the windows but idk if it will work. That would be the last thing to do.

Why not simply uninstall both and only install the licensed/paid version?

Thanks for the answer Kevin!
They already are the licensed/paid version. Thats a font delivered direct from Chevrolet.
as i said, 2 weeks ago they're working normal. The PC doesnt had any changes and i'm still using the last version of each font.

I would make sure no duplicate versions of the fonts are installed in Windows or being referenced at all by any third party font management applications. Are you running any other graphics applications not made by Adobe at the same time as Illustrator and/or Photoshop is running? I know from personal experience CorelDRAW and its built-in font management app can cause problems with some type families. If I have both CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator running at the same time I'll see one or more styles in some type families disappear from Illustrator's fonts menu. If I close both applications and then re-launch Illustrator I'll see all styles of the affected type family restored.
