A Font Dilemma - Curly quotes for web application

I have a complex site and app using adobe fonts, in many cases integrated with Elementor, but not always.

One of the primary fonts I have been using is Futura PT. However it appears Futura PT does not have curly quotes, which I would like to see in certain situations.

Any ideas for workarounds? Should I try to make a hybrid with Aktiv Grotesk for example and somehow integrate the two fonts? I'm not sure I can do this, but it's my only thought.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Futura PT does have smart quotes. Just quickly testing it out I saw them work correctly on text strings in Adobe Illustrator. In the Glyphs palette the smart quote Unicode registers are U+201c and U+201d. Those assignments are consistent with other fonts. It's a mystery why they're being substituted for dumb quotes instead.
