Add fonts option missing from Creative Cloud Desktop

Hello,

I have an issue with Creative Cloud Desktop and font management: Adobe fonts works ok, but add fonts is not even shown and I can't find a setting or parameter to allow it. Option to add fonts should be shown in the left panel, below Adobe fonts.
