Adobe Caslon Pro having issues in Word 2016

I've been looking for a suitable font for my thesis and Adobe Caslon Pro seems appropriate to me.

I've been experiencing some issues though, when typing into Windows Word 2016. I need to type some accented uppercase letters, and Word won't let me use Adobe Caslon and will switch to some other font instead. Checked randomly into Illustrator and uppercase letters (È, À, etc.) do exist. Will I need to give it up?

I don't know how you are keying È and À into your thesis, but I have no trouble whatsoever keying those characters in Adobe Caslon Pro into a Microsoft Word 2016 document and then producing PDF from same.
