I recently purchased the adobe font folio education basics over the phone and was told that I would receive an email with instructions on how to download--but I never did. I called customer service like eight times and no one can help me out.
Please contact Adobe Customer Support again. This is not a tech support issue, but rather an order fulfillment issue.
If the agent claims that they can't assist you, ask to speak with their supervisor.
This is not an issue that we can assist with on these forums.
