Will these fonts still be available for use if creative cloud subscription is no longer active? This is for a website. Thank you

You will be able to use them on a website, but not within the subscription remit, you'll need to purchase the licence separately. Most foundries that allow Adobe to distribute their typefaces through their subscription model also allow clients to purchase the typefaces separately.

In adittion to the above, if the website is not yours, but a client's, they will need either to be subscribed to CC or purchase the fonts separately, as you are not allowed to resell the fonts. (even if you're on a subscription yourself)

In any case, it's either paid for separately or with a continued subscripton.

No, like all the fonts in the subscription, they stop if the subscription stops.

From my point of view, this means I would not use Adobe Fonts to design any client web site or serious business web site (though they are great for prototyping and concept approval). Could a business tolerate fonts disappearing from their web site because the person with a CC subscription left the business, a freelance designer cancelled, or there was a payment mix-up? No. You need to license fonts (with a web hosting license) for any serious site.
