Adobe fonts not showing up in Figma

I do not know if i should ask adobe this or figma, but i am trying to use the brandon grotesque font in Figma. I know this is a common issue and i have read all the posts about it and am still having problems. I have gone into the Creative Cloud desktop app and made sure the fonts are active, there was no cloud icon just the activate toggles which are all on. I have also reset my computer and tried figma on both desktop and web versions and i still cant use this font. please help, this should not be this difficult.
