Adobe Stock Font purchase

I am really confused about a purchase I made of this font in Adobe Stock. Attached is the photo of what I purchased. I thought I was getting the font when in reality I got a Vector file of the font being used here. How can I actually purchase the font?

It may be (in fact, it should be) that the font was created by the person submitting the Adobe Stock graphic, and that is the only way they sell it. Not convinced it's a very useful thing to do.
