Arabic Japanese and Chinese fonts

I can't understand why Adobe hasn't fixed this issue of having Arabic, Japanese and Chinese fonts included in English versions of their software.
It's the most annoyting thing about Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
And it's been like this for decades!
It takes forever to scroll through them when you're trying to find the font you waant.

And it get's worse when you are looking for a font in the Adobe font library!

They don't offer French and German options so why just Arabic, Japanese and Chinese!
Surely in this day and age you could have an option of what language you want your font book to be in.
Come on Adobe please fix this problem!

    Hey Colin!
    What do you mean by including "Arabic, Japanese and Chinese fonts"?
    I routinely work with Japanese fonts and there are some included, and some I got from third party foundries and aslo from Adobe Fonts.
    I get that searching is a bit tedious in the software, but you can still set some as "favourites" (the star icon) and access them in one click:
