Asian font package fails to install on Mac

I am trying to install the extended Asian fonts on my Mac, but the installation keeps failing with the error message "The installer encountered an error...". I have Adobe reader 11.0.9 installed on my Mac. Any ideas?

Update your Adobe Reader version to the latest available version and then try again.

Hi Rahul,

When I click on the "Check for updates", I get a popup that says "An unimplemented or obsolete function was called". Is there some other way I check for updates?
