Can I use an Adobe Font for redbubble designs?

I don't know how to find fonts that I can use for redbubble stickers etc...and I don't understand all of the rules with using fonts.  From what I understand, using a font in a design is okay, but using a single glyph isn't? Doesn't make sense.  

Anyway, for example if I did a single word or phrase as a sticker in that font, stylized/edited by me, or in the original font format, is that allowed?
