Can someone identify this font or suggest a good replacement

It's from an old medicine cabinet, so it might not even be a font, maybe it was hand cut back in the day? Anyway I'm having a hard time finding something I can replace it with that keeps true to the feeling of this font, so if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them (or better yet if you know what it is just let me know and I'll track it down)

    In many ways, United (House Industries) would work better than the others.

    Bank Gothic is the closest of those matches, for sure.

    The letters in each line are constructed differently. It could have been hand drawn and electroplated.

    Several somewhat similar fonts come to mind: Machine, Bank Gothic, Microgramma, Eurostile, etc.

    Also do a search on myfonts.com for more choices. Look for fonts similar to Bank Gothic or Machine for starters.

    Almost certainly not a font. Look at Machine for a possible close match.
