I have a Creative Cloud membership for quit a while now, but suddenly I can't use most of my synched Typekit fonts anymore. I need to upgrade to use them. I thought they were included in the membership?

Hi BelSpreng,

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this!  There is a problem with the Creative Cloud subscription information which caused your Typekit account to be downgraded to the Free Plan.  We got your email in Typekit Support, and I have started the process to get your subscription fixed. I'll update you over email when that change is in place.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply Liz. But let me inform you that I already paid an upgrade to the portfolio subscription today because I can't miss these fonts because of my work. I hope I get a refund of the 49,99$ I just paid when these problems are solved.
