Cannot get Adobe Fonts to use in Photoshop

I have been trying to get these two Adobe Fonts to use: (League Gothic & Roboto Slab). When trying to activate them through my web browser I keep getting the error:

 

 

I am using an enterprise account through my University (University of Maryland College Park) and checked in my account settings of what I am allowed to use and Adobe Fonts is under it. What am I doing wrong?

I guess it fixed itself? I changed nothing.

I get the same issue myself. Error messanges every time I try to activate a new font. And now I can't even sign into Creatice Cloud - it won't take me further in the process efter my email adress.
