I am student, working on branding for a project. I want to buy the Charlemagne font and use it for my branding/logo.

- Is it okay to use this type/font within the logo?

I am aware it is owned by Adobe, but want to know if it is okay to use in a commercial setting.

Thank you.

Actually, you licensing the font, not buying the font.

Yes, you may use any font sourced from Adobe within branding including logos for personal or commercial purposes. You may even embed the font within a PDF (or an EPS) file used for the logo.

This is not necessarily true for fonts sourced from other vendors.

Thanks for clearing that up and also thank you for the prompt response.

So if I were to licence the font how would I go about this. And is it a one of fee or an annual payment?
