Commercial use of Sonata Font

Hello,

I am desperate to use the font Sonata font that I found online: (Sonata font) - I am pretty sure it is found on Adobe software, but I don't know if I am legally allowed to include the font in my product - which is a DVD and book. Could someone please shed light on this for me? If I download the font from fonts2u.com it says 'Embedding for preview & printing allowed' but unsure what this means!!
