convert opentype to trutype

I have three Adobe OpenType fonts that I would like to convert to TrueType, so that Office 2013 can generate PDF files with the font embedded.

Does the license of the font allow for this? How can I find out (the fonts were purchased in 2003 and I have only the receipt of one of them).
