Does anyone know what font this is?

myfonts.com has a lot of fonts, but it's only a small fractions of the ones made. Now, if I was a big company having a logo designed, I might also pay to have a font designed. So there is every chance that this font is impossible to buy (and that trying to copy it could lead to IP violations).
