When you say "I have installed a font", what do you mean?

How did you install it?

Did you unzip the file, then move the contents to your operating system's /Fonts folder? Which operating system? What is the path to the folder in which you copied/moved the font file? What does the icon of the font file look like?

Did you use font management software to install and activate the font?

It's probably unlikely, but if the fonts you downloaded were in Postscript Type 1 format they will not work in any current Adobe applications. Adobe discontinued support of the Type 1 format not too long ago. Technically Type 1 fonts aren't supported in operating systems like Windows 11 anymore. However, it is still possible to install them in the Windows Fonts folder. Many other applications not made by Adobe can still use them (for the time being).

@eva_3765

I've moved your post to the Type and Typography forum.

Which typeface? Where in the internet did you find it? How did you install it? What is your OS?
