Dúvida sobre uma incoerência

Oi! 

Eu estou na produção de um projeto pessoal que consiste em um jogo indie. Eu gostaria de usar uma fonte para o logo, e lendo sobre os licenciamentos, eu vi que é possível usar e registrar ele dessa forma.

Ao mesmo tempo, eu vi que o licenciamento não permite a fonte ser incorporada em aplicativos, o que, creio eu, incluiria jogos. Eu não usaria a fonte para os textos, mas a ideia é que apareça o logo do jogo (que possuirá a fonte) no menu inicial. 

Ainda será possível utilizar tal fonte?

    The forum is multi-language so whenever one needs a translation, anyone can use the translation buttom at the bottom of each message. You can ask questions in whichever language you're most comfortable with...

    It all depends on the licenece agreement of the specific font you are using. There is an issue generally around trademaks (if you try to trademark a logo). Different foundries have different views on this.
    Can you clarify which font is it you are trying tu use for the logo?
    If you are ever in doubt, just email the foundry, and ask, because if the font is used as is (without any tweaks) it could be a grey area.
