Please look at the blog headlines on this page and tell me, are they using embedded fonts? What font is this? Link: www.deliciousdays.com

The headlines look so clean... I would also like to know any disadvantages to using their method. Thanks!

WEll images are good but its best ot take the fonts without having to deal with several images.. When in doubt, suck it up and be ugly! It works for most people and pages

If you are looking for a way to automatically generate nice fonts on a page, look into sIFR, which uses a Flash plugin to generate fonts. Dunno if that is how those users did it, but I know other blog sites that use it.

Thanks, I can tell that they are images. However, I don't think they are manually creating new images to create headlines for every blog entry headline. That would be tedious. Also, the site changes it's theme colors every couple weeks and all of the blogs headlines in their archives change as well. They must be using some other method. Any ideas?

That's what computers are good for. Taking over repetitive, tedious,
tasks! Scripts take care of it. Take a look at the page source to see
that it's almost all done with java scripts.

    They're just images. For example,

Links obtained with Firefox/Netscape "Page Info", Media tab.

I think the font is some incarnation of Myriad.
