Embedding / Linking Adobe Font [Effra] for HTML5 Banner ad

Hi, I'm building a HTML5 banner ad (text editor) using the Effra font from Adobe. I've visited this https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/effra do I need to 'Add fonts to a Web project and give this a name' and then i'm given the code to embed?
