Extracting font purchased online PAIN. Please help!

Hello all,

Just spent far too much of my life with tech support getting nowhere. My task shouldn't be this hard!

I purchased a font online, downloaded it, received a zip file. Highlighted the file, clicked extract. Selected C drive/WINDOWS/fonts to extract to. Clicked extract. Received a screen showing all of my fonts in that file and it is not there.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated. I tried this same procedure using both Chrome and IE. No luck.

That's not the way how to install fonts on Windows.  You need to unzip your fonts, then right-click on them and select Install.  I don't see how Chrome or IE come into play here.
