Finding Two Fonts, Primary and Secondary

Looking for these two fonts here OR closest to that I could modify. Also what effect can I use to emulate the hand painted drop shadow?

1. First font is sign painter's block or gothic - Baron Neue is the closest I can find currently.

2. Secondary font is a hand painter's font (modified) called Saratoga lite or from an old hand-lettered book - Stickley pro is the closest I can find currently.
