FONT FOLIO NIGHTMARE

Hello,

I downloaded Student Font Folio Essentials on September 9th. I have a serial number and everything, but the file is NOWHERE to be found on my computer. The phone rep said to contact a chat agent the chat agent pointed me here - THIS HAS BEEN SO UPSETTING. I honestly just want to download the fonts so I can execute my design school homework. Can anyone please give insight into what went awry?

The “chat agent” should not have sent you here. This is not Adobe Support. Call Adobe and ask to speak with a supervisor who can get information to you as the full download / installation process for that product.
