In writing a system for cataloging music, I need a font with all the usual alphabetic content (including all those pesky Eastern European diacriticals!) which also contains the musical key symbols for "sharp" and "flat". This needs to be usable in a Windows environment.

There are numerous fonts that have what you need.

    For example,

    Arial Unicode MS

    Lucida Sans Unicode

Thanks ... they are well buried among things.  The flat is unicode 266D, natural is 266E, and sharp is 266F.
