> 2. Can I also use it as web font for my company website? What are the differences between purchasing license via that page and subscription model in Typekit?

No. This perpetual license only covers using the font on your computers. You would need Typekit in order to license this font for your company website. If you need the font for your website, you should get a Portfolio Plan on Typekit: https://typekit.com/plans/‌ which also comes with a desktop license for: Regular, Italic, Semibold, Semibold Italic, Bold, and Bold Italic. When using Typekit, you sync the fonts via the Creative Cloud app and on Typekit.com.
