font written as not available but still can be used: for the moment only?

Hello everyone, I meet problems due to one font in Indesign: this font causes a "mistake" (=red dot) and it is written this font is not available. But this font is a part of our branding, how can I be sure I can use it as long as I would like? Thanks in advance for your feedback. Regards, A.L.

    Hi!

    Can you share which font is it?
    Could it be a type 1 font? (they're no longer supported)
    There are ways to get around it, but it depends on the font.

    Hi!

    tahnks a lot for your answer.

    It is Montserrat font, we have it on the computer, and this problem is not present at each time.

    I have attached screen shots but it is in French 😉

    Quand vous cherchez a les remplacer dans InDesign (par la fonction remplacement de fonte) avez vous acces a Montserrat?
    Il aurait t'il possibilité qu'il y ait conflit entre la Montserrat installée et la Montserra synchronisée sur Adobe font?
    Voyez ma copie d'écran et vous remarquerez qu'elle est activée chez moi (bouton glissant bleu)
    Si c'est pareil chez vous, essayez de voir si ca se resout en désactivant celle synchronisée.
