Fonts currently unavailable

Hi,

I'm using the latest updated version of CC and InDesign. Often when I open a project I'm working on I get a dialog box saying the fonts (from Typekit) are not currently available. Syncing does not help. I have to go to the Font liobrary on the net, uninstall and then install the fonts again!

Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Hi Jonathan,

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this.  The next time that this happens, please note the time on your computer clock & take a screenshot of the message from InDesign.

Send that information to support@typekit.com with a few of the sync log files from your computer, and we will look into why the sync via InDesign isn't working for you.
