Fonts not syncing

Hi,

This is really annoying. Fonts are not syncing to my desktop.

I may have to stop using typekit altogether as I don't want issues where I can't open old design jobs because I can't sync previously used fonts?!?!

I'm on a urgent job now and I will have to replace the font for a different one. Not good at all!!

    Hi

    My mac OS is 10.9.5

    I can't find any log file in that location?

    Hi Qamarr,

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble with the fonts you have synced to your computer.  Please try these troubleshooting steps to start:

    If that doesn't solve the problem, send the log files mentioned in that page to support@typekit.com and we will look into it further for you.
