Fonts uploaded to Spark don't display properly?

I uploaded our company's fonts to Spark so that I could set up branded templates, but they don't display properly. They came out looking sort of like Garamond, which is nowhere close; ours is a sans-serif font, similar to Verdana. Anyone else encounter this problem? Is there something I'm missing about how to add fonts so they'll display properly?
