Futura PT font issue (online use)

I would like to use the Futura PT family online, but i can't figure out how to have the minus sign vertically alligned to the center.

On Photoshop I can have the minus sign in the exact middle by using the "all cap" option (see the second percentace in the image below).

Does anyone know how to manage this problem online?

The rule "text-transform: uppercase" on CSS3 doesn't work.
