Got email confirming my order but account still say "We are still processing your order. It could take up to 24 hours. Please check back later. I click the download button in the expanded box and i get message that no download is available. So where

    You are not addressing Adobe here in these user forums.

    There's no one here who can help you.  You need to contact Adobe Customer Support directly, by phone or web chat.

    They don't do email support either.
