Hello, my Assets and Files won't open, and I can't use any Tk fonts. Please Help!

This happened a couple weeks ago, and I've reinstalled CC and Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Any advice to use Tk fonts? I can add more, I'm not over my limit and I've checked that Sync is On. Thanks!!
