Help! Creative Cloud says cloud font is active but InDesign only seeing one!

CC app shows Sofia Pro fonts as activated and a browser login to Adobe also shows them active. ID says no, and oddly it can find one font style but not all the others (and this only after quit/relaunch of both CC and ID. Of course these are my client's brand fonts and I'm on deadline.

Really regret that the brand designer used only-only Adobe fonts. This is why I want downloaded fonts that I know will work, with or without CC's permission. Any ideas?

I gotta find Adobe support, but they don't make that easy either.
