Help! Need CE fonts for Acrobat...

I build PDFs using php, and I need CE fonts (diacritics-romanian ones) for Acrobat 4.X or later.
Please someone tell me where from can I download them, or send them to me by e-mail!

Adobe OpenType fonts support those chars - FOR PURCHASE

BitStream TTF also - FOR PURCHASE

You can add the needed chars in Fontographer - but need to purchase a needed font anyway.
