Hi,

I'm using illustration CS5 and neer to design a signage system for a building.

The font used on sign is Helvetica which came from Aobe illustraion.

I am wondering if it is possile to use the font for the sign without any further antion.

or Would I neccessarily have to purchase a lincense for it?

the client and the other company who makes the sign in reality(comparing printing process they will be printing company),

both of them purchsed the license??

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I can say with 100% certainty that Helvetica was *not* bundled with Illustrator CS5. So you must have gotten it through another channel, most likely via the OS (several Helvetica styles come bundled with Mac OS X). You'll need to read the software's EULA in order to determine what you can and can't do with the fonts.
