How do you delete fonts in Adobe Type Manager Deluxe 4.1?

I need to delete duplicate fonts in ATM Deluxe 4.1 without deleting an entire font set.  I know this can be done either by clicking or checkmarking the font and then using the remove key at the bottom of the ATM window, or by right clicking and deleting the font.  Which choice will work without deleting the whole set?

Is there a third option, such as using the Windows control panel, instead of Adobe Type Manager Deluxe 4.1?

I know this is an old app, but I'm running Windows XP on the PC that has ATM 4.1 Deluxe installed on it.  I believe I saw a download here on the Adobe site for an update for ATM Deluxe 4.1, but it's working really well, because I have a lot of old apps installed, so I don't see the point in updating, unless I run into problems.
