I'm using Proxima Nova for a big re-launch beauty packaging which will probably in the circulation for a few years.
How do I get commercial license both for print and web?

Just for future, when you need to get directly to the foundry from fonts.adobe.com, select your font and look at the family. The designer name and foundry name will be at the top of the page, and that foundry link will take you to the place to buy!
