How to turn off hanging numerals in Photoshop?

Is here any way to manually change numerals to non-hanging and vice versa? I noticed Ps automatically changes numerals to hanging when in a givven string of characters there's a mathematical sign, i.e. +  / -

Is there any way to override that?
