I can't download a previous purchase... -(Moderator - branching it to a new discussion)

I purchased Adobe Font Folio a while back but never downloaded it. Recently, while going to download it, i realized it's no longer in my purchase history. I know i bought it because i still have the receipt and serial number. I've tried chats, and emailing costumer support, but nothing has helped. How can i recover my purchase

We have exactly the same problem and also did not get an answer in chat support.
