I cannot see all my installed Windows 7 fonts in Photoshop

Operating System: Windows 7

Photoshop Version(s): CS5 32Bit and 64Bit

I am looking for the font "Adobe Gothic Std B" to use in Photoshop.  It is available in Windows 7 Control Panel>Fonts.

Steps taken so Far:

1.  Opened up the Control Panel>Fonts and made sure Adobe Gothic Std B was in there.  The install button was greyed out.

2.  I copied the fonts in Control Panel>Fonts into C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts

3.  I exited Photoshop, exited all other applications and restarted my computer.

4.  I opened Photoshop and Adobe Gothic Std B is still not available (not seen).

5.  I also clicked on the Adobe Gothic Std B in Control Panel>Fonts to make sure it is not hidden.  The only option it gives is "Hide" so it looks like its showing.

I cannot update to CS6 as I do not have the license for it.

Thanks for your help.
