I have Font Folio 11.1 and I cant find Avenir Std 45 Book?  Where can I find it?

    It's in the 'Western Fonts\Avenir LT Std' folder. The '45' is only used in the application menu names; the actual font file is 'AvenirLTStd-Book.otf'
