I keep getting a 'Parental Control' message about CC accessing a web site.

New to the forum and in search of some information   Just getting started with 'Adobe Pr'.  I keep getting a Parental Control message with an Adobe CC brand informing me that CC has attempted to access a secure website https//:usetypekit.net  Is this a legit message, does CC need to access this site?  Many thanks.
