Install Adobe Parisian onto new MacBook Pro (OS X

I have been using the Adobe Parisian font on my PC for a few years. I've just migrated to a Mac. The chat gentleman at Adobe said that the Windows version would work on the Mac.

It is entirely possible that I have missed some nuance about loading a font onto my new Mac.

Thoughts and/or help?

Might depend on the format of the PC font. But you can put here: (your user account) > Library > Fonts, to see if it will work.
