Installing a downloaded font

I purchased the font "Fette Fraktur" from the Adobe website several days ago, yet my account page still shows a message to the effect that my order is being processed and that it may take as much as 24 hours(!?).  I hit the download button anyway and now have a file (17104860) in my downloads file.

Q:  How do I install this file in my Windows fonts list?  Whenever I have purchased fonts online from other vendors, they have automatically installed into Windows, so I'm afraid I don't know how to do it manually.

Please advise.
