does anyone know if adobe font folio 11 is compatible with windows 10. the datasheet does not specifically indicate windows 10

Yes, it is. Font Folio does not have any installer.
The fonts on Font Folio are OpenType and easily compatible with Windows 10 - just right-click on any of them and select 'Install' from the context menu that comes up.
It's not mentioned on the datasheet as it was written before Windows 10's release and the product has not been updated in the meantime.
