Is Creative Cloud type management better with or without Extensis Suitcase Fusion?

I have used Suitcase Fusion for a two decades. I have found myself using Adobe's Typekit and its own activation more often.

Do I need to access have a large body of fonts outside what Adobe has to offer?

I have several fonts that I have purchased AND there is Google fonts as well.

I need some simplicity.

I also use font management software in parallel to my Adobe Fonts. But if you want, you can upload your purchased fonts to the Creative Cloud to manage it from there, too. Here is a help article about it: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/add-your-fonts-to-creative-cloud.html
