Legal Resources for Font Licensing

Hello,

Does anyone know any good resources for legal advice on how companies can manage font licencing? I know that you can consult the foundry/vendor where your fonts are from, but I'm interested if there are broader consulations, ie. for a company that manages fonts from multiple sources.
